I booked a journey on redBus From Nallasopara to Talere of AC SLEEPER BUS and on the onboarding point the bus which the operator JIVDANI TRAVELS have sent is a non ac seating bus to complete half journey from virar to Borivali and they are giving a reason of mechanical issue where the have posted the terms and conditions that is the bus is canceled they will refund extra 500 Rs+ the Journey fair and now they are denying it and which is a fraud i would have booked my journey with a different bus there was no update about this thing to the passengers I have a medical condition where I can’t sit on seating seat for more then a hr and even after telling this thing to Operator he is lyk aap cancle krdo means it’s a clear fraud worst experience RECOMMENDATIONS. Plzz don’t ever travel with this operator don’t even have manners to talk with the customers and after they shifted us to the ac bus the bus is extremely dirty there is no bed sheet on bearth there are no curtains means 0 privecy worst experience

Worst bus of my travel and experience. Want to review the bad experience of this bus so that everyone should the truth. 1. Pick up pointed denied Inspite of booking done online and reconfirm by calling boarding operator manager 1 hour before journey starts. 2. BOOKED AC BUT BUS WAS NON AC. DIRTY AND SO BAD CONDITION LIKE A WORST THAT LOCAL BUSES. 3. no amenities are provided like water bottle even on bad conditions. 4. Ladies unsafe journey bus. midnight 11 pm the tyre gets punchered and no equipment like Jack is not available to change punchered tyres. It's took 3 hours from 11 pm to next day 1.30 am after that stops at dinner point at 2 am for nearly about 1 and half hour. so that means it took 5 hours delay. 5. entering a mumbai zone after 9.30 am due to 5 hours delay makes traffic man stop and register for permit and fines. Staff behavior is so rude when asked for anything no time value nor regret. asking for refund so that I can take any bus coming on the way. No refund for all this issues. worst and pathetic bus. bus driver doesn't speak as he says it's not his job to talk and solve. cleaning person is unhetical and lots of attitude. vehicle number MH48 CQ 3435
