This was a very disappointing hospital experience. Despite having mediclaim, the hospital charged excessively for almost everything. The patient was admitted only to a general/semi-private ward and was not in the ICU for most of the stay, yet the final bill was extremely high. They charge separately for even basic services such as nursing, RMO visits, oxygen, nebulization, biomedical waste, food, and repeated doctor visits. It feels more like a money-making system than a healthcare facility. The infrastructure and facilities are very poor and below standard, but the charges are comparable to premium hospitals. Doctor visit fees were charged multiple times, pathology and medicine costs were highly inflated, and the overall management was very unprofessional. For the level of service and facilities provided, these charges are completely unjustified. There are many much better hospitals in Mumbai with experienced doctors, cleaner wards, better patient care, and more reasonable billing, even for mediclaim patients. This hospital is especially not suitable for senior citizens. I strongly do not recommend this hospital to anyone using mediclaim or paying out of pocket. There are many better and more ethical hospitals available
