I follow up every day, however the customer care number is continuously unreachable. Despite multiple attempts, there has been no proper response to my query. I took Samsung mobile on loan through DMI, but unfortunately my 2nd and 2nd last EMIs got bounced for some reason,When my 1st EMI got bounced, after few days I got a call from recovery lady and she said Sir if you make the payment today at this time then you will not have to pay late fees of Rs 600 and she said the same thing the 2nd time also, the both lady shared the link with me and I made the payment on the spot, rest of the money will be paid by me on time. Now when the loan was paid, my balance on the DMI application is showing Rs 2596 for late fees. When I talked to the customer care no one was giving a proper reply, they said that the recovery people must have lied to you regarding the payment and now they have doubled my late fees charge and have unreasonably withheld my NOC letter. Will I be ruined by 2500 rupees or will DMI become a big company, but if the trust is lost in the market then it will not take much time for you to know. I took a loan for the first time in my life only for CIBIL, that company also turned out to be fraud, with worst management and worst people.

DMI Finance - Samsung consumer EMI worst finance service ever. technical issue at their end in deducting the emi trying to charge me and asking me to supply proof of non-payment if i want to maintain my decade long track record and not get charged. Also the recovery agents sound suspicious and seems like a phishing call.
