Horrible service provided. My husband used this service to apply for a partnership work visa. They then proceeded to apply for a visitor visa without our consent. When we reached out to try to put this right they then tried to say that we did not have it in writing, but there are clear emails from my husband requesting the work visa and them agreeing. I am disgusted by this service and will be contacting lawyers. Be careful using this service as they do not listen and just do whatever they want. They do not even know the basic systems of New Zealand and kept requesting documents that do not exist (like divorce papers, not something that would affect the visa anyway) and putting the application off, wasting months and months of our time and money and putting my husband's visa status at risk. The only visas they know about are visitor visa and student visas, anything more complicated than those and they get confused and can't do it. They also behave like they have the licenses to give visa advice but most of the people you actually end up interacting with do NOT hknow what they are talking about. Will not be using this company again, and will be advising everyone I know about this company's bad practice.
