The behavior of this so-called language school completely changed once the fees were collected. Before payment, they were extremely sweet and responsive. After that, the true colors showed. The instructors are freelancers, constantly changing, and most are neither organized nor competent. I enrolled in their premium package, which was supposed to be completed in 10 months. Instead, due to their internal issues and frequent tutor changes, there were gaps of months at a time. This completely disrupted the learning process, ruined continuity, and forced learners to restart portions of the course repeatedly. I ultimately couldn’t even complete the program. Despite calling themselves a “school,” they are not suitable for working professionals trying to balance work and language learning. The tutors lack professionalism and often treat adult learners like kindergarten students. The worst part came when I decided to drop out and requested my certificate. I was pressured to write a positive testimonial, with the clear implication that the certificate would not be issued otherwise. This is completely unethical. This is not an isolated experience. Friends, mutual contacts, and other students from my French batch faced similar issues. Some students were even threatened with legal action simply for asking for refunds. And to be clear: there is absolutely NO refund policy, regardless of how badly the service fails. To add insult to injury, much of the course material appears to be straight out of AI tools, offering nothing unique or worth the high fees charged. I strongly recommend using any AI or alternative platform for language learning—but do not enroll in The LanguageSkool. Save your money, time, and peace of mind.
