My experience was that the doctor did not pay adequate attention to my concerns, symptoms, or treatment history. I repeatedly felt that important details were either overlooked or not properly documented. When I experienced medication-related side effects issues and sought guidance, I did not receive any response. As a result, I lost confidence in the treatment process. Mental health treatment requires trust, careful listening, and proper follow-up. Unfortunately, I did not find those qualities here.
