Absolutely Horrible Experience! We had booked a blood test for my mother, Mrs. Purnima Shah, a senior citizen and diabetic patient, for 8:00 AM on 7th October. The technician first said he’d be late by 30 minutes, then called again to say he’d be another 30 minutes late, and finally had the audacity to say he’ll come tomorrow! This is utterly unprofessional and insensitive. My mother had been fasting for over 12 hours, waiting patiently, and was just made to wait and wait because of their incompetence. The staff is clueless, the technician is careless, and the management has no control over operations. It’s shocking how such a lab is even allowed to function. Shruti Labs should seriously shut down if they can’t respect patients’ time and health. One of the worst experiences ever. Would never recommend this lab to anyone.

Would not recommend to anyone. Earlier their service was much better, but now they are focused only on money making. They will overbook appointments and not bother to inform you if they are late. We need more responsible attitude especially with people in the medical field. I requested a call back from the supervisor and even they didn’t bother to call. It just goes to show the lack of accountability at Shruti Labs.

They are OVERBOOKING appointments when they are unable to fulfill. The technician came 1 hour late for blood tests for diabetes patients who are not allowed to stay hungry for long periods. Their staff is also negligent and no accountability internally. Gross negligence for an organization in medical field.
