there is no one to help students staying in … if air conditioner is not working how can these people ask students to bear expense of repairs although its not the fault of students staying in ..(sharing what is happening with my child)

I would literally rate a negative for Hive Hostel. I will not ever recommend it to anyone. Very poor management, the staff is extremely rude. They do not care about consumer satisfaction. Do not book a room on the basis of any video they give. Cleaniliness is a big issue and I have seen better management, this is not professional behaviour, expecially Ms Kavita. My number is blocked from customer services, they won't even consider my complaints. They take your money and that' s it.
