I'm staying here for the past 2 months. It is one of the best and affordable places to stay in Ville Parle West which is one of the prime locations on Mumbai. Best part: Mithibai college and NMIMS University - 1.5 km (20 mins walk or 10 mins by rickshaw), Local station - less than a km (10 mins walk, 5 mins by rickshaw), both domestic and International airport - 3-4 kms (cross over to East side and take rickshaw - 20 mins Max), parla market - 10 mins by walk. Only problem here is if you stay in F block, you will face water logging outside you house (not inside) whenever it rains heavily during the monsoon season.
