Excellent experience at Papillon. After leaving the restaurant next door due to poor hygiene and an unpleasant environment, our group of 11 members walked into Papillon and immediately noticed the difference. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and free from the hygiene issues we had just encountered elsewhere. The tables were spotless, the ambience was pleasant, and the staff were courteous and attentive. Most importantly, the food was excellent—fresh, authentic, and served promptly. It is evident that the management genuinely cares about cleanliness, customer comfort, and service quality. In today's competitive hospitality industry, such attention to hygiene and customer satisfaction deserves appreciation.
