I found a strand of hair in the chicken club sandwich I ordered and I am so incredibly disappointed. I used to order food from nothing but chicken quite frequently, but I can't help but notice that the quality has dropped. By the taste of it the club sandwich did not seem to be worth the money, and clearly their hygiene is bad. I will not be ordering from here again

I’ve been a loyal customer of NBC since the post-Covid period and have always appreciated the quality of your meat and other products. However, lately the standards seem to have dropped. Yesterday, I ordered chicken cutlets and they were completely dry — something I’ve never experienced with your cutlets before. Please look into this urgently. I value the brand and have trusted it for years, and I hope you maintain the quality that made customers like me stick with you for so long.

Pleasantly surprised with this restaurant. Their chicken kheema pav and chicken pav were pretty damn good, especially considering the price. Go for it. The kheema could use a little lemon but otherwise okay. And the chicken pav is just good as is.
