My experience with your company has been very bad. I saw your courier service on YouTube and chose your company because I urgently needed to send clothes and other items from Mumbai to Uttar Pradesh for my sister’s wedding. At the beginning, you told me that it was a door-to-door delivery service. But after the courier reached Uttar Pradesh, the delivery person called my sister and said that they could not deliver it to the house. After my sister requested many times, they agreed for delivery, but after that they stopped receiving calls and replying to messages. Then my sister called me, so I contacted the Andheri branch because I booked the courier from there. But the employee from the Andheri branch spoke very rudely with me, and because of that we had an argument on the call. After that, I called the Uttar Pradesh branch where my courier had reached. They told me to collect the parcel from their office. But the next day when my family went there, they said that the courier had already been returned to Mumbai. Again, I messaged the Andheri branch, but there was no reply. Then I called them. Even though it was not my mistake, I still said sorry to them. But they told me that they would neither return my courier nor refund my money because during our first argument I said that I would come to the branch. Now it has been 20–25 days, and neither my courier has been returned nor have I received my refund. Is this the way you treat customers? At the time of booking and payment, you talk very politely, but after receiving payment, you treat customers like this. I do not want anything else. Please just return my courier and refund my money.

I sent certain documents to Dublin through the Air International courier service Andheri , which has been timely received as assured by the couier operators..Earlier, I was having doubt also in my mind whether the service is genuine or not. Very unprofessional people. They don't have manners to talk to customers especially to females. When you ask for tracking number they will just reply that we will send it but will not let you know when they will send it. You just have to wait without any definite time and If you call to ask for the same, they will shout at you that they don't have time to send you details and will threaten you to hold your shipment. They will treat you like they are doing some favour to you or as if they are serving you for free. No professionalism at all. Their rates also keeps on changing, one day they will quote something and the next day something else saying yesterday's rate is not available today. They even don't let you know the name of the carrier from which they will send your parcel and just say we will send the tracking number. They just share a handwritten receipt with their own AWB number which will not show you any tracking details on their website. I wish I could give them negative ratings. They should close their business if they don't know how to handle and behave with a customer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and MANNERLESS.
