It’s been a month since I purchased my wedding saree. The contact number on the bill is unreachable no response to calls. Everything was promised nicely during purchase, but the after-sales service and delivery communication are extremely poor. Very disappointing customer management.

Horrible place! They keep their lehengas in the Rs 10-20k range outside the store on the road. Went to buy for a friend’s wedding and when I told the guy my budget he asked me to check outside, in an alley next to the store. They expect you to try out lehengas literally on the road, on top of your clothes, and have one dirty mirror taped to a wall. Ridiculous and very disrespectful. Don’t sell in that range if you don’t have space in your store, don’t ask customers to try on clothes in the street.

The staff is the best here, Raju dealt with me and I was so confused while buying the sarees I bought one, they made the invoice as well but at the last moment I changed my mind and wanted the other one, they didn’t even say a word and said yes Ma’am no problem we can change it. I am telling you these people treat you like jamai ji, the staff is the friendliest. They even ordered food of a younger customer, just because she was hungry. I am highly impressed by their hospitality and service. Give Raju a raise. Now talking about rates, the easiest thing which they did was flat 50% off during their sale season. So it’s easier for the customer to calculate the price of products we like, rarely stores give flat 50% off been to many stores they will say upto 60% off but when you go in and the products you like you will only get 15-20% off which is pissing but this store had it straight up 50% off on all products, no drama. And great deal for the collection they had. Now talking about the collection, the collection is very wide and you will find lots of options in all the materials and embroidery. Loved this store. Highly RECOMMENDED!
