If you are not able to exchange the sale products then you should not mention the exchange of sale products on whatsapp. Also i have the proof of whatsapp messages. I would recommend everyone that if you are buying products from their website they dont exchange on the same price. Example:If you buy product of Rs 700 on discount of Rs 350 then when you will go for exchange he will give you the exchanged product as Rs 700.
