Poor experience right from the get go. Had booked a service 15 days in advance for my Honda Accord. However, a day before the date of the service, they call me saying they couldn't procure the necessary replacement filters. Moreover, they made me take pictures of the ac filter, air filter and wipers since they were not sure what specific filters were needed. The procurement caused another 2 day delay, and on the date that THEY had rescheduled the service, they couldn't reach me on time...delayed by over 3-4 hours and didn't even bother to inform of the delay. I wanted to cancel the service, but decided to reschedule it again on the request of their executive who request me to give them a chance, and hoped that the service would be at par with a decent standard. As for the service itself, the team skipped almost 50% of the services promised: Spark plugs not checked or cleaned Fuel tank, filter and line not checked Steam wash not done Water sedimentar not checked Ac filter fitted upside down... Glove box was also not fitted properly Speak plugs were not checked Scanning wasn't done Door hinges weren't greased. Existing Bosch wipers were replaced by a cheap local brand. My old wipers performed much better than the crap they installed. Moreover they didn't even keep those replaced spare parts back. They took them away without my permission. After having raised a complaint, a senior manager called to check how he could get this rectified. Since I had to leave town, I got all the remaining services done at my trusted service center before that manager had called. Asked for a refund on services that they hadn't provided. As expected, I haven't heard back from them since then 😁 This is such a sham for people who love their cars to be in prime running condition at all times. Never calling them back. Your local service center/mechanic will do a better job for much cheaper.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experience with your car service, which unfortunately fell significantly short of my expectations. When my car was finally ready, I was disappointed to find that the service performed was not up to standard. The issue I brought the car in for was purportedly fixed, but upon further inspection, it became evident that the problem persisted. This left me feeling frustrated and questioning the quality of the workmanship. Furthermore, the overall customer service was lacking in professionalism and attentiveness. In conclusion, my experience with your car service was far from satisfactory. I hope that this feedback can be used constructively to improve your service offerings and ensure that future customers do not encounter similar issues.
