Visited Magic Salon for a haircut and hair colour, and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. Carol my stylist did an excellent job — very skilled, patient, and attentive. My hair looks gorgeous and feels refreshed. Would definitely visit again! :)

I recently visited Magic Salon Juhu for a hair wash and blast dry and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. What was supposed to be a “blast dry” was nothing more than basic drying with a hairdryer followed by simple combing. There was no styling, no technique and absolutely no effort put into achieving the look that a proper blast dry should deliver. My hair looked exactly the same as before if not worse and certainly did not feel freshly styled. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of professionalism from the staff. When I raised my concern at the counter, there was not even a basic apology. The staff doesn’t even have basic etiquettes to apologise. This kind of attitude and lack of courtesy is completely unacceptable in a service oriented business. Being charged ₹900 for such poor service feels like a complete waste of money. For that price one expects at least a decent standard of quality and basic customer respect, neither of which were provided. This experience was highly disappointing and I would not recommend this salon to others.
