If you want to experience service, this is the place you should visit. I had gone there for dinner on a special occasion. At the last minute I called them to request if they can arrange a candle light for the dinner just to make it more special. Though it was just hours before Mr. Kiran was very kind to no only arrange a candle but also give us a complimentary cake. Now comes a more detailed review: 1. Service: I will rate them a 100/10. The service is simply out of this world. They are the best. They gave us a tour of the entire hotel from inside all the restaurants and bars and everything. By their service they proved that they are a 5 star hotel. Kudos to the team. I have clicked a pic of the team and uploaded in appreciation. 2. Food: Food was good, variety was large spread, though it was non spicy food mainly to suit the pallate of foreigners who do not eat much of spicy food. They also had options of street food like pani puri, dal bati churma, etc. 3. Ambience: Pretty good Ambience, nice place, you will enjoy it. The Sahara group has indeed done up the hotel very well. The crowd there is not a typical sobo crowd but good people. Humble enough. Mostly Indians who have come with their families. 4. Pricing: Being a 5star it was one of the cheapest 5 star hotels that jbhave been to. I also opted for offers on swiggy so I got a good 40% or so discount on the total bill. Hence, I paid approx 5k for 2 people which effectively comes to approx 2.5k per person and considering this is a 5 star hotel, it's very reasonable for the price, Ambience, service, extra service, hospitality, etc. Overall: Very good experience. Thank you Mr. Kiran and Time for making my special evening all the more special.
