Dr. Sanjay Londhe is a wonderful doctor. I cannot thank him enough for successfully conducting my mother's spinal surgery. My experience of his expertise has been of many years. Whenever my family has any orthopedic problem we go to him for treatment and he treats us with utmost care. He is so expert in his field that he sees surgery as a last option and I can definitely say he is an emminant doctor of India. Despite receiving many awards, honours, medals nationally and internationally, he is extremely polite, humble ,soft spoken and down to earth person. My experience of his helpful nature and expertise came when my mother started suffering from lower back pain. We went to Dr. Londhe and he suggest a few tests and MRI. After seeing the MRI he diagnosed that the spine between L4 and L5 had compressed and hence the pain. Seeing my mother's other ailments he kept surgery as the last option and treated with medicines. My mother was feeling much better with the treatment until she fell last year. The pain aggrevated and we had to consult him on an urgent basis. He checked all the reports and suggested us the surgery. He explained us each and every step to be taken to see the comfort of the patient. Right from the initial stages of the surgery he saw to the comfort of my mother. His planning and management was so perfect that my mother was extremely happy with the outcome. When she was admitted to the hospital 2 months back for her spinal surgery, he was there with her at every stage comforting her so that she does'nt panic. His entire team at the hospital was extremely careful and helping that we were amazed by our hospital experiance. Though he does not perform the spinal surgery himself, he had the best doctor in his team Dr. Satyen Mehta to perform the surgery. Dr. Londhe himself was present during my mother's operation.The surgery was successful. The most concerning part is - the post operative care. Dr. Londhe gave my mother the confidence that she can walk like a normal person within a few months with some care. With his post operative support and care now my mother has started walking freely. She is extremely happy with her progress in just a few months. All thanks to Dr. Sanjay Londhe. Thank you doctor for your efforts, patience and compassion. Dr. Londhe treated our 86-year-old uncle after he suffered a fall that caused a shoulder fracture and a complicated hip fracture. The surgery was performed very skillfully, and the recovery has been excellent. Within three months, our uncle’s health improved significantly and he is now able to walk independently without any support. We are very grateful for Dr. Londhe’s expertise and care. Dr Sanjay Londhe a great doctor ! I am Vedvati Kulkarni. We stay in Vile-Parle, Mumbai. I first reached doctor Sanjay Londhe when I suffered from cervical spondylosis. He give me medicines and exercise.I had got a great relief. In later years he treated me for my aching knees and calcaneal spur. In my case the master stroke of his diagnostic skills, judgement and medication came when he saved me of a reverse shoulder replacement surgery in my right shoulder. For many days I was suffering from ache in my right arm. I always go to Dr Londhe for treatment of such pains. However being fallen for peer pressure I went to a famous orthopaedic surgeon from Pune. As per his advice sonography, M R I scan of my both shoulders were done. Then he scared me to death insisting for an immediate reverse shoulder surgery in my right shoulder. He told me that it's a surgery of ball and socket of shoulder. It would have been a major surgery and would have taken almost a year for me to get cured. It brought a great tension to us. Then Mukund (my husband) and I went to doctor Londhe in Vile-Parle with all reports. He first pacified me, went through the reports and told that surgery was not at all required. He clearly stated that the diagnosis of the Pune doctor was correct but surgery was not required. He gave me medicines and guided me to a special physiotherapist for shoulder exercise. I was completely cured. The unnecessary surgery was avoided. Whole credit goes to Dr Londe. He came as a saviour. I whole heartedly thank him. Despite being a doctor with great skill, experience, renown, a number of awards, honours on national and international levels he is extremely humble and polite. The way he gives confidence to the patient cures the ailment by 50% . He performes surgery only when it's unvoidable. He is always cautious of the welfare of the patient. I cannot thank Dr. Sanjay Londhe sir enough for the care my mother received throughout her knee replacement journey. From our very first consultation, he took the time to explain the procedure in detail, answer every question, and set clear expectations. His confidence and expertise immediately put us at ease.
