Very bad experience. And very bad products. They won't negotiate price for even a rupee and the products are worthless. Bought a pair of sandals for 1300/- , wore it twice only for an hour or so and the sole of sandals were completely damaged. Went to the shop to complain. They took the sandals for repair and it's been 15 days, they are not giving repaired sandals, neither refund. They have selling prices like branded products and their quality is worst than street products. Horrible experience, very rude and unresponsive staff.

I request everyone to kindly not even consider visiting the Malad branch. Although I may have missed reading the exchange and return policy, unfortunately, I made a purchase from that store without checking the reviews, and that mistake on my part caused me a great deal of stress today due to the behavior of the manager. When I stepped out of my house yesterday, I wore the footwear for barely five minutes, and I couldn’t even bear to walk in it. I immediately decided to return home and change into my formal sandal. When I went back to the store for an exchange, the staff did not even care to listen properly. Instead, the manager shouted at me continuously and behaved in a very rude and aggressive manner. This message is specifically for the manager: Your behavior can seriously affect someone’s mental health. When a customer spends ₹1500, and instead of calmly explaining the policy you refuse the exchange and shout at them, it is absolutely inhumane and unprofessional.let me tell you even 200 of purchase store would treat their customer nicely. This store will not remains too long, mark my word.Every platform gives their customer an exchange service.I was not demanded the return but an exchange sir. Though after giving alot of stressed, he finally gave me an exchange like a begger. What a tactics sir hattoff. I wish infuture someone really treat you the way you treated me today. This is not a brand, but a customer scaming store.

Had a really bad experience here. The salesperson was rude, pushy and even passing taunting comments. When confronted, he showed no sign of apology or professionalism. Clearly not an isolated issue since I see now several other reviews mentioning similar behavior. Would strongly suggest avoiding this store. There should be option to give 0 star.
