Found a small stray kitty dragging herself in the market...

Found a small stray kitty dragging herself in the market with both hind legs not functional. A friend suggested to contact here as not many vets would be open at 8:45 pm. Called them, a guy said we are just shutting down if u can reach in 10 minutes we see the animal. I was 3 kms away but drove the fastest i could to reach before they closed. Opened the door of the clinic thinking they were about to shut, a lady simply banged the door on my face saying cant you see there is a long line waiting for treatment. I explained my urgency was because their own person said jaldi aao we shut any moment and their 2 men staff are laughing on this whole thing. I left from there as the waiting was long for atleast an hour and it aas already 9 pm and I hadn’t left my home prepared for so long. Dont know about their line of treatment but as far as compassion and empathy is required specially being in this area they completely lacked it. One lady short haired staff rude & the other 2 men laughing, it cant get worst anymore.
