After 3 days of them not answering the call, I had booked an appointment in person. The compounder lady asked me to come at 2.30pm. I reached the clinic at 2.30 sharp with my token number as 52, only to realise that they have this unethical practice of randomly allowing patients without valid token & skipping the queue. Finally I went in (forcefully since the compounder was just making a mockery of me) at 3.30pm, Dr. Barve said “It’s not your token number, come later” to which I said “the compounder has allowed 2 patients randomly ahead of me.. I have been waiting outside since 2.30pm” to which he replied: “how do I care you’ve been waiting since 2:30?” This was extremely rude and unprofessional on his part. Post that he told me that token 52 was done & my turn had passed and it was time for next patient. I realised that the compounder was manipulating the token. Also, the tone in which he spoke to me was quite incorrect. He may be a great doctor - but that does not give him the right to insult a patient in this way.
