I had an extremely negative experience with these individuals. Their service was utterly inadequate, and the most concerning aspect is their inability to effectively address feedback. I submitted my carpet in October, and it was returned to me in January after I had engaged in multiple follow-ups and made numerous phone calls. Regrettably, the carpet was returned in a significantly deteriorated condition compared to its original state, as it had been stored in their warehouse for three months. I strongly advise against entrusting these individuals with your belongings. Their promises are empty, and they fail to deliver on their commitments.
