“My experience with this doctor was not satisfactory. Despite undergoing surgery and treatment for several months, there was no significant improvement. I was repeatedly advised to consult different doctors and visit multiple locations, which created confusion and inconvenience. I felt there was a lack of clarity and consistency in the treatment approach. As a patient, I expected proper guidance and effective results, which unfortunately were not met. I would advise others to seek complete information and consider a second opinion before proceeding with treatment.” And every time he asks me to visit, he charges a consultation fee again. The fees are very high and feel unreasonable.”

I have been visiting this hospital for eye check-ups for the past 8 years and never faced any issue before. However, this time I consulted the evening doctor, and I was given the wrong prescription. I got my glasses made based on that report, but I am not able to see clearly at all. This was very disappointing, especially as a regular patient. It feels like the check-up was not done properly this time. Because of this mistake, I have wasted both time and money. I had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. I went for an eye check-up, but the prescription given to me was incorrect. After making glasses based on their report, I am still not able to see clearly. I request the hospital to ensure proper and careful eye testing, as such mistakes can cause serious inconvenience to patients. I would not recommend this hospital for eye check-ups. Please double-check your prescription or consider another clinic.
