We had an appointment at MDC for my sister and the experience was just WOW. The appointment was at 7am on 13/4/26.We were there at 6.35am.One Chomu Singh opened the clinic and ushered us into a very very neat and clean lounge, made us comfortable and offered water.He quickly asked us for reports,checked,did xerox of the required documents made me fill some forms and kept it ready for the receptionist .They arrived and with in 30 minutes ushered my sister to the lab for PET scan.She was petrified but they calmed her down gave the mixture in bottled water and took her in After nearly 1.30mins they called me.Sister was done she was sitting in the lab with water and sandwiches.This was too good.It was like a star hotel than a diagnostic centre.The office boy also offered lemon tea to all relatives in the lounge. The other diagnostic centers we visited were dirty,no change of sheets unkept and very noisy.In contrast the Ambience was great,muted sounds,lighting not harsh and bathrooms were super clean.The staff was very helpful and Priyanka at the front desk was a great help.The owner who was present gave me a tour of the facility to show all services given.The price was reasonable not overpriced and if you go via MOC you got a good 5k discount.I am surely recommending this to all for efficiency,cleanliness and professionalism. Going back there for other services soon.
