Went in asking for a Stress Echo test which they have mentioned on their placard outside their building, and also published and circulated online. The staff had no clue about what is Stress echo but were immediate in getting a booking done for the next day. When asked about the procedure , they called their cardiologist and he/she said they DONT do it. Why advertise a critical TEST on your board when you are incapable of doing it in the first place. Total disappointing
The 2D echo result is of no use as there are no images...
The 2D echo result is of no use as there are no images given in print. Good laptops don't have CD drives now. The clinic tells you they will email images but they don't and then they stop answering your calls or give you numbers that don't work. The doctor doesn't try medicines and instead recommends towards surgery.

The place and staff is extremely unprofessional , cannot expect them to know how to deal with patients since there are no patients there . I needed to get an urgent 2d echo done so went there . Dr.Dinesh who was supposed to do it , did not turn up for the appointment and the staff kept saying 20-25 mins and made me wait for about an hour and yet the doctor did not show up . The staff is not answerable and not used to managing patients . I would strongly advice against going to this place for any diagnostic tests .

Had a great experience, all tests for Pilot Class 1 medical available at one place at affordable rates. Very efficient, courteous and capable staff. Highly qualified consultant doctors. Hardly any waiting period. Report handed over immediately on conclusion of also tests and sent by email. Deserve 5 stars. Thanks Rashmi, Talwatkar and Mariam.

We had excellent experience with CarePort Diagnostics Vile Parle East. Simple registration process. The staff understood our requirements. She showed us the new syringe n name & age written on the tube for collection of blood. She was wearing mask n gloves. The report was made available on whatsapp n we collected hard copy as well.
