I wish I could give 0 stars. Very bad and pathetic service. These all negative reviews are totally true. My sister sent me Rakhi by speed post on 6th Aug and today Rakhi day 11th Aug it is not yet delivered here in Mumbai from Karad. As per their system status Courier is in Mumbai since 8th of Aug. They are even rejecting customer calls OR if answered then not even listened to me and cut the call.
