Worst place istg. Quoted me 180₹ for a package, went out to get better quotes, didn’t find any, came back to DTDC, They start saying the same package would cost 300₹. Shree maruti couriers shipped the same package for 120₹.

My experience was horrible this time The staff was very rude and unprofessional. The parcel had reached the said location branch and after talking to one of the rude staff they said we will deliver it tomorrow and not today. But after arguments, the status was out of delivery. When you are charging so much, it's your duty to do your job and not argue on calls and just hang it like that. Ridiculous behaviour, my packets were torn in side the box. I will not recommend DTDC ever to anyone.

Hopeless bunch of lethargic failures. No one cares. Delivery boy is arrogantly back answering . Call centre line dropped 4 times. After booking and pre paid on the app, item was not picked up for 2 days. Finally i cancelled . Two days after cancelling someone woke up and called me. They are that finished. Will never use again.

Unnecessarily expensive. The person quoted Rs.850 for a 1.8kg parcel(with carton) & Rs.700 for the same 1.8kg parcel(without carton). There are better services in other companies which are reasonable, affordable, reliable.
