I had a very unfortunate incident involving one of their trucks and staff. While I was passing through their gate, one of their trucks suddenly came and collided with my vehicle and then drove away. When I approached their staff and manager regarding the matter, I did not receive a proper response. Instead, their behavior was dismissive, and they simply said, “Do whatever you want.” I am extremely disappointed with the lack of responsibility and the rude behavior shown by their staff and management.

I am definitely not happy with TajStats the way they catered to our corporate lunch which was a sit and dine event with top leaders of the organization. Despite repeatedly telling lunch needs to be ready by 11.45 am, lunch was not ready until 12 pm. Several dishes were empty when senior leaders came for lunch. Despite telling their key representative, the tables that needed attention, we had to keep calling her to tell the team to serve. Some TajStats catering staff were not in proper attire. The tables that were provided earlier evening was so bad, I had to literally shout to get all the tables changed into something appealing by next day. But fortunately that was changed, else it would have been a disaster. None of them were wear wearing gloves. On last two occasions TajStats had risen to the occasion on such similar corporate events and with that confidence we had given the order but it was definitely way below TajStats standards. I would still give a rating of 3 since food quality and taste was good. It was just the way everything was managed that was an utter disappointment.
