Air conditioning constantly not working. Been so for so many weeks now, even after regular reminder. Regular AMC of air conditioning is not being done, may be for cost cutting. You pay for meals which is priced in for air conditioning costs, but don't get that service then whats the point.

Iโve been a regular customer at Chaayos enjoyed the experience. However, over the past 3 weeks, Iโve noticed that the bathroom has been leaking continuously, and unfortunately, no action has been taken to fix it yet. This has made the overall hygiene and comfort of the outlet quite disappointing, especially for regular customers like me who expect better maintenance. I stopped in here after getting of the Goa bus and its a nice place. The chai is good but quite expensive, but not too much for a nice clean modern place in a big city. I had poha and it was really good and well priced. I've got to mention the staff as they were very friendly and helpful. I can easily recommend giving the place a try.

Dear Chaayos Customer Support, I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the air-conditioning at your Parle East outlet. For the past 7 days, the ACs at this branch have repeatedly been turned off or not functioning properly. Whenever customers ask the staff about it, different and unusual reasons are given, such as rats biting the AC rack. This explanation does not seem acceptable, especially considering the prices being charged at your cafรฉ. Customers expect a comfortable environment when visiting. It is disappointing to see such poor maintenance and inconsistent explanations from the staff. If this issue continues, it may lead to negative customer experiences and bad reviews that could affect your brand reputation.
