We had an exceptional experience at Boulevard at The Orchid Hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible manager - Sanjay. From the moment we walked in, their attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism stood out. They handled everything seamlessly—ensuring our table was perfect, personally checking in on us, and going above and beyond to make the evening special. It’s rare to come across someone who balances efficiency with such genuine hospitality. What truly impressed us was their ability to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. The service felt personalised, thoughtful, and effortless—exactly what you hope for in a place like Boulevard. A big thank you for elevating our experience—we’ll definitely be coming back, and it’s because of people like them that this place stands out.

I never write negative reviews but this one i had to!!! One of the WOST places to visit. Ruined my entire Valentines. The service was extremely horrible. The manager Sarvesh was not helpful in anyway he was just in-front of the PC using his phone from 12.30am-2.30am. Requested for a table after entering he just pointed out a table which was uncleaned and Dirty. There were hardly any guests in the restaurant and all tables were just unclean, had to call the servers several times to get my table cleaned.No staff even explained where the buffet was or what was included. We got our food there was no cutlery or water served had to call them a couple of times. My drink to an hour to come. Only the best part was a server named NATHAN . He should be made the manager. He was excellent and helped in every way he could.All thanks to him. Even Mr shubhash from the chaat counter was very helpful and the chaat was the best. The food served was all stale and the chicken biriyani was smelling as if it was 2 days old. I would visit here for a easter and Christmas but im never coming back again!! Spoiled my whole evening!

I had visited this place for Christmas for the midnight buffet however was bit disappointed with the limited options. There was no starters in the buffet 😔. The Christmas decorations were nice but food options could have been better.

Boulevard Restaurant at The Orchid Hotel is an excellent dining experience. The food is delicious, with a wide selection and live counters that make every meal exciting and fresh. They offer intercontinental cuisines, and everything I tried was flavorful and well-prepared. The breakfast buffet is superb — one of the best you can find, with so many great options to choose from. The service is outstanding, with staff giving personal attention and always being polite and helpful. The restaurant has great vibes, is neat and clean, and offers a very comfortable dining atmosphere. A huge plus is that they serve food 24 hours, making it perfect for late-night cravings as well. Overall, a fantastic place to dine — highly recommended!

My first visit to the ORCHID restaurant was shortly after it reopened after the lockdown, and the assortment of food was amazing. There is no better breakfast, brunch, or dinner buffet in town than that at The Boulevard. Dessert and chat are undoubtedly the best parts of their buffet. The buffet is highly recommended. Both the food and the atmosphere are excellent. All staff members are courteous and helpful.
