Must give credit to Ms Divya Dholay for taking personal interest and giving time and attention to my case when I approached her personally, becos her staff were all flustered and have been giving me the run for almost 3 months. When I approached directly she put all work aside and sorted out my NRI brother's Pan card problems. Thanks Ms Dhole.

I must truly thank Ms.Dholay for opening this centre which is so efficient and extremely helpful to citizens,to help us navigate the scary and boggling world of official paperwork and documentation. I was recommended to Ms.Chaitlai,Ms.Dholay s employer by my mother s friend.She is a senior citizen who was helped immensely by Chaitali. I personally recommend Chaitali as one of the sweetest,most polite and helpful persons who will efficiently do your work and help you with the issuance of your documentation. I guarantee you won’t have to make another visit. She is so sweet,helpful and kind that you are reassured you are in safe hands.
