Very bad experience. Expensive and branded shirts come back torn to us. When questioned, they say we sent a torn garment to them for ironing. Very unprofessional, would not recommend

My parents had a very disappointing experience with this laundry service. They tend to overcharge—sometimes billing items twice or even thrice—which is completely unacceptable. There seems to be no transparency or adherence to basic pricing rules. What’s worse is their attitude towards customers. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, often speaking as if they are doing us a favor rather than providing a paid service. I would strongly advise others to double-check their bills and think twice before using this service. Based on my experience, this place lacks both honesty and basic customer respect.

Very disappointed with this laundry service. Clothes were returned late, poorly cleaned, and some items even had stains that weren’t there before. Customer service was unresponsive and didn’t take responsibility for the issues. Definitely not worth the price—would not recommend.

Extremely unprofessional experience. The staff handling WhatsApp communication were rude and disorganized. They had no clear understanding of payments in terms of what was paid and what was pending and repeatedly asked me to verify and tell them how much I owed, which is completely unacceptable from a service provider. The tone of communication was also inappropriate, using formal and misplaced wording like “henceforth” in a way that felt impersonal and dismissive. It often felt like they were the customers and I was the one providing a service. Clarity on my last payment was only given after I explicitly said I would not be giving any more clothes. Even after that, I received unnecessary follow-up messages. Overall, a very frustrating and unpleasant experience. Would not recommend.
