Alert to buyer don't buy flat from this builder it's a bad deal there is no after service that the builder provides the basic facilities like housekeeping security elevator service is not appropriate the Sales them is just there to fool you. The builder doesn't stand up to his commitment there is no 24 hrs water service where as while his sales team sells flates by saying 24 hrs water supply he doesn't take efforts on closing issue after handing over the flat to you. Even before society handover the builder stops all his service leading to major issues to tenants he doesn't pay bills for months due to non payment from builder once the lift too stopped bcoz the builder didn't get the payment done past few months. It was the biggest mistake buying a house with this builder so you don't repeat the same and save your hard earned money as this builder and his sales team is just here to fool you.
