Booked my appointment through BookMyScan, and unfortunately the mistake I made was not reading the reviews beforehand. Sharing my experience for the benefit of others: 1. I had called before visiting, but was not informed about the requirements. As a result, I had to wait for approximately an hour before the CT scan could be done. 2. The centre had a bad smell and overall did not appear hygienic. 3. The washroom was leaking and the flush was not working. 4. No fresh or clean clothes were provided for changing. Patients are expected to wear used clothes previously worn by others, which was quite uncomfortable and unhygienic. 5. Reports were not provided on time. Repeated calls went unanswered. 6. The report was finally sent (partial) only the next day after multiple follow-ups and requests. 7. The CT machine itself appeared old and dusty, with no visible effort toward proper maintenance or cleanliness. Overall, it was a very poor experience and not something I would recommend. In comparison, the government initiative CT centre at Rajawadi Hospital, which is open to all, was far more hygienic, better managed, and significantly more cost-effective.
