Location wise is very good, guests from new bombay and suburb can travel easily via jvlr subject to traffic. Found the seating arrangement a bit odd. No elevators might be issue if you have Snr citizen as guest as they need to climb stairs to reach main hall.

Don't use a partition on the 1st floor hall, unless you want to suffocate and die there. Best for small intimate functions, not suitable for large crowds. Parking is a big issue, especially for cars. The changing rooms are very small. AC is needed even in winter, the ventilation is not good, even though there are so many windows. Overall management is average. Could focus on hygiene and parking a little more and it's a 5/5.
