Loved it ! I had visited the salon in December for my hair colour. The staff is quite friendly and polite they had explain me everything in details had answered to all my hair related questions. Hair stylist Salman is too good with his suggestions nd done a fabulous job loved my hair colour alot gonna recommend everyone to visit....they are just too good

Posting this as my wife recently tried to book an appointment with your salon. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional during the interaction. The way they spoke on call itself was so dismissive that it raised serious doubts about how clients would be treated in person. Because of this behavior, she chose not to visit the salon at all. Also, contrary to your response, the appointment was in fact taken and we do have proof of the booking. I’m attaching the screenshot for reference. Denying a client interaction instead of addressing the issue only makes the situation worse. Would not recommend based on this experience.
