4 months earlier, I planned for Dubai with my family, and have applied my UAE visa through them, till the visa arrived it was a smooth process. I thought they have provided me a very good service, but, when we were returning from Dubai, on the airport, we were asked to fill the E-suvidha form, which was not informed by them, and it was such a pathetic moment, we were not able to fill the form quickly as it needs a lot of our information, so I asked assistance from the baggage checkin lady, and she guided me to reach the admin office, and the guy at the admin office, was very kind and humble, he filled all the information on my behalf. And we reached the entrance of the flight just before 5 mins, thankgod, we didn’t miss the flight. I would not recommend them at all as my experience was very bad with them.

Please don’t get your cash from the western union service provided from them as they are charging us 50rs service fee apparently due to lockdown. But I guess we all are in this lockdown together. Other western union transfer locations aren’t charging anything.
