I had a quick visit to this complex, very well set-up, it has a very large parking lot, hope it is enough for the tenants vehicles. The entrance of the complex is through a very crowded Street. As a visitor I was satisfied with the premises.

We have been living in this building since last 12 years but the entrance to this building is congested with Chawl on one side and public toilets on the other side. It’s sad state of affairs where no renovation work is happening and the building looks dirty though the view from our apartment is great. The residents want to use gym AC when water leakage is happening. There is water stagnant on first floor and nothing is done to do the stoppage of it. I don’t know why after taking maintenance of 10k from every flat when there are 6 flats on every floor in a 18 storey building with two wings why such sad condition of the building.

I stay here and home is always one of the best place in entire world. But the neighbours and committee members of the society are not that great. There are also some serious leakage issues that are to be addressed and taken care of along with Security staff and others hired for the respective services. The only way to be happy here is to spend and pay money as demanded from time to time. Otherwise you will be targetted.
