The staff at this restaurant was extremely rude and lacked basic manners. I was insulted at the shop. I had placed an order via Zomato and collected it at the Subway Versova store. The employee was very arrogant and used abusive language. When I requested him to add additional sauces, he refused, claiming that sauce quantities are strictly monitored for Zomato orders. He stated they only provide three sauces for online orders, but would have provided any number of sauces if I had ordered directly at the store. I pointed out that I only used Zomato because they had previously refused to take my order in person. He then replied: 'Nahi dunga, bahar nikal! Jo karna hai kar le.'

Such a horrible experience the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They were literally laughing on my friend who isn’t that fluent in English so she couldn’t place the order properly. Also the AC isn’t working They refused to take my order because they insisted to place it online but due to server issues I couldn't do it so they were straight up ignoring me.
