Extremely disappointing experience at Trios. Went shopping for my 3-year-old’s outfits for a wedding and was shocked by the rude and disrespectful behavior of a salesman named Mahendar. From the start, he was impatient, uninterested, and clearly more concerned about his lunch break than helping us. He rushed us, showed only a few pieces, and acted like he was doing us a favor. When we found other options ourselves and asked another staff member for help, Mahendar made arrogant and disrespectful comments. I firmly asked him to speak properly or leave if he didn’t want to assist. We requested the manager — no one showed up. That says a lot about the store’s management. At billing, I explained everything to someone who claimed to be in charge. He simply nodded — no apology, no concern, absolutely no accountability . This is not how you treat customers, especially at a store that claims to be reputable. Mahendar’s attitude clearly shows he is in the wrong profession. Having variety is not enough — basic courtesy and professionalism are non-negotiable. Do better!
