We had a very bad experience during our anomaly (5-month pregnancy) scan at Swasth Diagnostic Centre. The scan was done too quickly, and they didn’t call my husband inside to review or explain the results. After receiving the report, we noticed that the scan images were of very poor quality — blurry and unclear — especially compared to those from other diagnostic centres where we’ve had much better experiences. The staff also did not seem as professional or attentive. Overall, we do not recommend visiting this centre for pregnancy scans.

The most inefficient staff. No one has any idea where their technicians or doctors are. They ignore you completely till you remind them of your need. Just wasted two hours for one X ray and a sonography. X ray reports were given in the evening at 4:30pm, that too after reminding them. Very bad experience. 👎
