I noticed that “Delicious FAT SPREAD” was being used...

I noticed that “Delicious FAT SPREAD” was being used instead of real butter. The packaging itself clearly mentions it is a fat spread, not butter, and I saw 6 x 500g packs being melted during preparation. As someone who chooses soya chaap considering it a relatively healthier eating-out option, this was disappointing. While I understand outside food is never completely healthy, but using large quantities of fat spread significantly changes the nutritional value and feels misleading if customers assume soya chaap as an healthy alternative. I would appreciate clarification from the management. Is this your standard practice, and why this “Delicious fat spread” was used instead of any healthy butter like amul?
