I am very unhappy with the service. We have been waiting for hours without any response. The staff look lazy and are not doing their work properly. service operation executive Sangeeta, and Sales manager miss Kianath have not maintained professionalism or accountability just they are rude people. This employees are not even providing basic renewal service. This situation is unacceptable. I request senior management to take immediate action. Customers deserve timely, respectful, and efficient service, which is missing here.

Pathetic behavior. They only wany sell policies. After service is pathetic. My policy is maturing in few days I wanted to update the bank details. I went to their office and they refused to do it. They gave me some other address to go there and update it. I am not sure if it will be updated there. Please see their customer service support person gave me this office address to update it.
