I'll give the benefit of doubt to the owner as my experience is limited to the man serving Pan Puri. We visited on a weekday evening and asked the man if the Pani Puri is available. The man was so disinterested to answer that we had to ask him twice. He just nodded his head slightly, indicating it is, without looking at us. Then, when I asked if he has Potato available for Pani Puri instead of Ragda, he flatly refused. No efforts at all to see if Potato can be arranged, to convince the customer for trying something else. It's as if they don't care for having customers at their shop. I don't know what business attitude this is. I hope the owner reads this and takes cognizance of this behavior.
