This was, without question, the worst butter naan I have ever had. To make matters worse, I explicitly instructed the person on the phone—twice—that the naan needed to be soft and cut into only two pieces. Not only was the naan unpleasantly hard, but it was also cut into three pieces instead. It is astonishing how such simple instructions could be ignored so completely. I would strongly advise against ordering from this restaurant; the food is dreadful, and even the most basic customer requests are evidently beyond their competence.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff clearly judges guests based on their clothes and appearance. If you’re not dressed in expensive or “high-class” outfits, don’t expect respectful behavior or good service. I felt ignored and treated differently compared to others who looked more well-dressed. Hospitality should be about treating every guest equally, but unfortunately, that standard is not followed here. Would not recommend.

The quality of food have gone so down!!! I ordered pav bhaji on Zomato requesting it to be medium spicy.. and what spoiled my mood was that the pav bhaji was taste less.. It had no taste at all, like I was eating pav with God knows what!! it would have been okay if it wasn't spicy but atleast tasty.. it was neither spicy nor tasty. Had to eat it because I was hungry.. half of it I have literally dumped in dustbin.. I called up the restaurant to enquire but they don't care for the customers I guess, no sorry nothing from their side.. with each time I am seeing that the quality is going bad.. I was a regular customer since 3 years but I will never order from here from now onwards.. I do not recommend it! Food wasted. Money wasted. Time wasted. Mood spoiled!
