I’ve purchased a flat through Mr. Arjun Chawla (Homestone property) in Aditi Empire, Vasai West which is constructed by the Rakhumai Developers. Before buying it, I told him that the water is my main requirement so he promised that within a 6 months you’ll get VVMC water connection so don’t worry and go ahead. Therefore, I’ve purchased a flat and moved to Vasai in the month of June,2021 but didn’t get the water connection yet. The worst part is that now the builder also not responding nor providing the water tankers. Every alternate day we’re getting a water tanker and just adjusting to it. Mr. Arjun chawla just cheated with the buyers only so be careful before buying the property from him.
