I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. When a customer walks in, the least that should be expected is a simple greeting or acknowledgment. Unfortunately, the owner, Shekar doesn't seem to have even this basic courtesy. He remained glued to his mobile phone the entire time and showed no interest in assisting customers. I'm not sure what he was doing, but it certainly wasn't work-related. To make matters worse, the quality of the stock was extremely poor. Every single fish I purchased from him died within a week, despite proper care and a healthy aquarium environment. This clearly points to unhealthy or poorly handled livestock. Overall, the customer service and product quality were both terrible. I would strongly advise against buying anything from this place.
