Took appointment for my persian cat , she's alot aggressive but they handled her sooooo perfectly, would love to visit again and recommended highly that must visit with ur pets here , trustworthy peoples and the loving way they handle pets are too great , as a pet parent loved this pet shop ❤️

I took my 3 cats to this pet spa and the experience was absolutely terrible. The person who handled them was clearly not knowledgeable about cats, and I don’t even know what exactly he did during the service. Two of my cats ended up with severe skin infections all over their bodies, and I had to take them to the vet for urgent treatment. The place itself is unhygienic and they clearly don’t follow proper sanitization practices. For a facility that claims to care for pets, this level of negligence is unacceptable. This spa not only caused distress to my pets but also put their health at serious risk. I would strongly warn other pet parents to stay away from this place.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the grooming service provided for my cat on 11/10/24. I had specifically requested a light trim, as my cat had beautiful white fur that only needed slight grooming. However, instead of the requested service, my cat was completely shaved, leaving her with uneven trimming and visible trim lines all over her body. The result is far from professional and has left my cat's appearance looking very strange and unpleasant. Given that I was charged a higher fee for the service, the grooming was not up to the expected standard, and it has caused both distress to my pet and disappointment to me. Honestly it did not meet my expectations or the quality advertised by your salon. I would also appreciate your feedback on how this situation can be rectified and measures to ensure this does not happen to other pets in the future. (I have posted the before after Pictures she had beautiful fur before and look at the grooming done after)
