I have been visiting Shyam for my phone repairs for over 6 years now, including throughout the pandemic & post-pandemic period, and my experience has consistently been excellent. He is extremely honest, reliable, and professional in his work. Over the years, he has helped me with multiple repairs and replacements, including phone screens, screen glass, batteries, and more — always with genuine advice and quality service. What truly stands out is his transparency and willingness to recommend what is actually best for the customer rather than pushing unnecessary repairs or expenses. Apart from his technical expertise, Shyam is also very knowledgeable about smartphones in general. If you are planning to purchase a new phone, his insights and recommendations are genuinely helpful and practical. It is rare to find someone this trustworthy and consistent in service for so many years. Highly recommended for anyone looking for dependable and honest mobile repair services.

I wish I could give a lesser score. I approached the man at the counter about my head phones and told him what was wrong. He tested them and agreed to what the problem was. He told me that he would call me in 24 hours and he would charge me 200 rupees. After there was no call in 24 hours I went there myself. The same guy gave me the headphones and asked me to pay him. I then tested the headphones. There was continuous static on the left ear pod which was non existent before. The headset was continuously blinking red as if the battery was not charged. I brought this to his attention but he said ....iska kuch nahin ho sakta. I protested and politely asked him again about if he would deliver the service that he promised. He then appeared not interested and acted as if he did not speak English or hindi. I left the place with my headphones. Please do not waste your time here. If he is making 200 rupees of one person, he is scamming an entire community. BEWARE of this ROGUE.
