Getting my delivery done at New Siddhakala was an absolute miracle. We started our consultation with Dr Prerna Patel only at end of 35 weeks which was very close to the delivery date. The Dr. whom I was consulting since Day 1 suggested C section based on the latest scan. With almost no issues during my entire pregnancy timeline and my previous delivery being a normal vaginal delivery, my family and I were taken aback when the doctor suggested C section. During this time, one of my friends suggested to visit Dr. Prerna Patel. That's when my delivery journey with Dr. Prerna and New Siddhakala began. The very 1st day Dr. said we can go for normal delivery. Don't worry things will be fine. We just breathed a sigh of relief after meeting her. Post that whenever we met it didn't seem as if I was a new patient. The staff and the doctor were very warm and cordial during all visits. On the delivery date, I reached the hospital at 5 in the morning. Once I reached, the sister took over from there and ensured that I was comfortable during that time. Be it monitoring the baby's heart beat or calming me down during my contractions, she was all there. Just after that with Dr Prerna's magical hands my baby came into this world and yes it was a normal delivery 😊. The post care at the hospital was also nice. Sisters and support staff were always there for us during the stay at the hospital Overall my experience with Dr. Prerna and her team was amazing. I would definitely recommend Dr. Prerna Patel as a gynaecologist to all females.

New Siddhakala Maternity & Surgical Nursing Home Doctor - Dr Prerna is well experienced doctor and very professional. She guided us through out pregnancy and she always make her self available when we asked for. We birth baby girl and when my wife went in labour we called to hospital and at mid night 2:30am she was available, A big salute to Dr. Prerna More. Our first baby boy was C-SECTION and after 5 years we planned for baby we visited many doctors but This lady(Dr Prerna) gives assurance we can have VBCA (Veginal birth after C-section). And finally she converted her words into reality. In life there is always ups and downs but a doctor support, gives energy to fight with situation. Dr. Tejal:- Keep doing good Job. It was very good experience with you. Staff- Sister Aksa:- She is very supportive, Trust me she is enough experience and if she don't says she is sister people will think she is a doctor, Just because of her expertise. Sister Parveen - Very mature and Polite and, She guided us very well during labour pain. Her words keep us going and given strength and relief. Overall it was a very good experience for us and We will recommend this hospital to our friends and family. Thank you!

My son was born in this hospital with the help of very experienced doctor and staff, hospital staff and specially senior sister is very helpfull and polite they explain minute details and are very caring,they didn't miss our single call bell... Even junior staff knows very well how to handle the born baby, from feeding to changing diapers, they do it without asking... Dr prerna is true professional. Her expertise &way of treating her patients is impeccable. This hospital do the cleaning aprox 3 to 4 times a day... Over all the best hospital experience, highly recommend to everyone...

I gave birth to my baby boy in this hospital, it felt like a home. Dr. Prerna More is highly experianced and very nice and calm.
